User Email In From Field

1. When an email comes in, it says:
From: My Website User <myemail@mywebsite.com>

Why does it add the "User" at the end when in the "Setup Emails" I have ONLY the website name set in the From Name field?

2. Also, I would like to have the user's email shown in the From field, is this possible?

Not sure why it adds the "User" prefix, maybe some setting in your Joomla global config or Mail server ?

You can use the Dynamic from email to get the user's email to be shown in the form email field but this may cause problems and some mail servers may block your email or mark it as spam, try only using the "Dynamic reply to"

Been looking in my Joomla Global Config and on the Mail Account in CPanel and cannot figure out where on earth this is coming from. FYI: I tested it with another email and it does not add the prefix :?
