Intermittent error message

My online form all loads ok on my joomla website, I fill it in as a test run, select submit...and instead of my conformation page appearing next I get the error message within the joomla page:

Your session has expired. Please log in again.
There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management
----------------------------------

So I try again and refill in the online form and press submit, this time instead of the conformation page appearing next I get the error message within the joomla page:
------------------------------------
You are not allowed to access this URL
------------------------------------

So, I try for a third time and refill in the online form and press submit and hey presto, everything works fine and I get the conformation page come up and the form get submitted and emails are sent out to me, the admin and the person who filled in the form !

Can anyone tell me whats going on ! I've used Chronoforms on other joomla websites with no problems.

Hi Chris,

Does the form name has any special characters like - or other stuff ?

Try to disable the "check Token" option under the "general" tab in your form edit page

Hi Max,

The form is called: MembershipRequest

BUT I turned off the "Check Token" and it looks like that has solved the problem, I've just filled out 3 forms with none of the above problems, it just goes straight to my thankyou/conformation page......so Max, looks like that was it, thanks, your a Star !!

Just as interest and to aid further learning what does the "Check Token" do ?
