Captcha Image Not Showing

I would like a response from the developers about this issue. I know that others have posted about this and I have tried everything that has been listed for the past few days. My ISP has also enabled GD, and checked the security and permissions and they say that everythign is okay. THey made this link to help solve the issue. http://liverightorg.com/info.php

Hello,

Some other users solutions are posted here, it may be the permissions if the GD is installed, if you can't get it to work then you may try the reCaptcha plugin
