if the captcha is wrong or not completed, can the send-button the entire form to build new and delete all inputs. not only in large forms it is annoying to have to re-fill again.
where can I set the one that he keeps the contents?

On the Form General tab set "Republish fields if error occured" to "Try to Republish".
