Form bug, can someone help pls

Hi i'm a bit of a rooky web designer and i used chronoforms to build a CV(Curriculum vitae) form so that people can submit their CV's online.
at the bottom of the form i had the option where people could uplaod a file/CV that they had already creeated themselves, how ever it wont go through to mt e-mail address that i set it up to.
If people type in their details on the form i created it goes through, but not if they try to upload a document.

i think its a bug in the form, but if anyone could offer me some advice as to how i correct the problem i would be greatful.

Please check the File upload tutorial from the Tutorials link above. Possibly you haven't enabled file uploads in the Form Editor or have a typo in the settings.

Please also turn on Debug in the Form General tab and post a copy of the output you see when you submit the form here.
