disappearing name

Hi everyone,

When i'm editing a form with the form-wizard and (by mistake) hit enter instead of apply i return to the form manager and my form name has disappeared and i can't use the edit-wizard anymore so i have to start over again.
How can this be solved?

Which version of ChronoForms are you using? This used to be a problem but I thought that Max had fixed in the latest releases?
