Save form to complete/submit later

I would like to have the person submitting the form, first register as a site member, then access the form and be able to save the form and return later to complete and submit.

Is this possible?

Literally as you describe it, No. There isn't any way to put a form into suspended animation for a while and come back and complete it later. Either the user clicks the submit button or they don't.

You can save the form info including a status entry saying that the account is 'pending' then let them come back later, re-submit the form, and change the status though.

That sounds like it will work. Where can I find more info setting that process up? Not finding anything like this in the tutorials.
