not getting email's from form

I have posted my form and it seems as if it is working but I'm not getting the email submission. When I turn "debug" on, the submission seems to work (the debug comes out good), but I still do not get the email - and when i turn debug off, the submission form does not show up any longer and I still don't get the email?! Please help! :?

Please check the Email tutorial from the Tutorials link above for the basic email setup.

You could also post a copy of the form debug report here.

I did go through the email tutorial and followed it specifically. There is an error at the top of "Forms Management":
Warning: /home/nhym/domains/nhym.org/public_html/administrator/cache/9b8ac9887872716cae1ceea4dea3bd58.spc is writeable in /home/nhym/domains/nhym.org/public_html/libraries/simplepie/simplepie.php on line 1623

HI denovo521,

The 'simplepie' error message is caused by the ChronoForms Daily Hint not managing to connect correctly. I usually turn it off from the Parametere icon at the right of the Forms Manager toolbar.

The Debug report says

8. An email has been SENT successfully from (Admin)aaaaa@nhym.org to [email]fffff@nhym.org[/email]

This message confirms that ChronoForms has passed the email to the Joomla mailer and received a 'success' message back. So if there is a problem with the email being sent it's possible that the site isn't configured correctly to use a mailer or that the email is being trapped in some kind of spam filter on it's way to you.

You might test with a gmail address to see if that is delivered.

Everything else in the setting that I can see in the attachments looks OK to me.
