Two calendars :(

First, sorry for my bad English, i try to do my best😉

I've got a problem with the datetimepicker used in my form, there are 2 calendars icons...😟
I use it with Jooma 1.5 and a theme called agriculture.

Hi wooty,

FireBug shows a JavaScript error on the page "this.root is undefined" from the css menus. This may be having some effect.

If you view the form [url=http://www.green-motion.fr/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=devis&tmpl=component]without the template{/url] it's OK
