message after sending the form

GreyHead 11 Apr, 2010
Hi priya,

That's the debug info - turn Debug 'off' in the Form General Tab to hide it.

Add any HTML (or PHP + HTML ) to the OnSubmit After box in the Form Code tab; or use Step 4 in the Wizard Edit to create a Thank you' message.

Hi priya,

What does it say in the Emails column of the Forms Manager for this form?

Hi Priya,

Please check the Forms Manager list and look in the Emails column. It will say something like Enabled:1 Disabled:0.

I don't see anything wrong with the images you posted.

Bob

PS You can use the the Upload Attachment form under the Edit window here to put images in the Forum.

Hi priya,

Well it says that Email are not Enabled for any of the Forms except for BasicDemo. They all say Enabled:0, Disabled:1

Please check the Email Tutorial for instructions on Enabling your Email setups.

Hi priya,

Probably the settings on the File Uploads tab aren't quite correct. (There's a tutorial for that too I think.)
