have the form send a text message to phone

Has anyone found a way to get a chronoform to send a text message to a phone upon form submission?

Seem like you could just send an email after your form submission to one of these addresses depending upon your subscriber.

where phonenumber = your 10 digit phone number

I used the first one. It did help me. Thanks a lot!
