Creating a Form to order parts

I am creating a form to order parts. However, sometimes people might need 10+ parts. Is there a way to create a form were if they want to add another part they select on something like "add another part" and then they are able to add that part. So, the form isn't a hundred miles long...it is only as long as the amount of parts they need to order.
