Validation not working on drop down selections only

Okay, this seems weird, but I cannot get validation to work on drop down selections. It works on all the other fields, but NONE of the drop downs work using #11 "validate selection".

Any one have any ideas?

Hi doktor,

You must have at least one option with no value - otherwise there is always a selection and the validation is correct.
