Hi priya,
For a thank you you can use step 4 in the Form Wizard, or you can add HTML (with PHP) in the OnSubmit boxes on the Form Editor | Form Code tab.
For validation, you can enable that in the Form Wizard Properties boxes. Or you can add the equivalent classes in the Form HTML.
