Hi dani,

Please can you post a link to the form?

Hi danisito,

I'm fairly sure that the form name is the problem chronoformname=צורקשר won't work correctly - use only Latin a-z in there like contact_us

Hi danisito,

Then something is probably wrong with the Email Setup. There's no error showing from the form submission itself.

Do you have Enabled: 1, Disabled:0 showing in the Email column of the Forms Manager?

i have this: "Enabled:0
Disabled:2"

what is that?

i can see in the email property in the wizard that its: "enable=no" but i cant change it its unclickble.
what should i doo bob? save me🙂

Hi danisito,

Then the email setup isn't complete or the entries aren't correct. You should have:
• To Email, Subject, From Name & From Email elements;
  • there should be an entry for each;
  • the To Email and From Email entries should be valid emails;
  • the To Email and From Email emails should be different*; and
  • the From Email domain should match the site domain*.
  •
Bob

    * These aren't necessary for ChronoForms but they are common causes of email problems.

    Hi Bob
    i have done it all just now and still i cant enable it. i have 4 not enabled now.
    ?
    Gr GreyHead 11 Mar, 2010
    Hi danisto,

    All four elements must be in the *same* Email Setup - please check the email tutorial from the Tutorials link above.

    now last thing🙂
    i would like to make a RTL form alin to the right.
    in which file do i edit it?
    Gr GreyHead 11 Mar, 2010
    Hi danisito,

    You'll need to edit the CSS and possibly the Form HTML. It certainly can be done but I don't remember the details - if you search here on 'rtl' you might find some clues.
