I have a new one for you.🙂
I have a testimonial submission form on my site that allows our customers submit a testimonial along with pictures of their job site. This comes to me and the owner and everything works fine. I also setup a second email template that emails the customer and thank you note along with the attached files. To be honest i forgot it included the attachments because I don't need it to. Anyway, i had a customer contact me and said the auto reply email she got had nude images in the attachment but looking at the testimonial she submitted the photos she attached are indeed of her job. So my first though is she has some sort of virus on her computer that would replace the attachments with the nude photos and this is her problem but like most things i have to prove its nothing to do with us even if she has a virus.
It would be easier for me to just find a way to allow the attachments to continue to come thru the Testimonial email template and not allow them to be sent with the auto reply template. Is there any way to accomplish this?
I'm using 3.1 RC5.2

Hi Mark,
I'd go with the virus solution too.
Disable attachments in the Email Setup | Properties box.
Bob
PS Get her to send back the 'damaged' email and you can check the image file names and see what you've got saved on the server.

Thanks for your help and quick reply. That was an easy fix, thanks.
