Hello everyone, I have a problem with the storage of the data entered via multiselect box. When I go to save the form in the database there is only the latest data of multiselection though I register several. How can I change the code of the form to save all the data of multiselect I'm going to select?

You need to give the select an array name with [] at the end like name='select_4[]'
