Extra numbers prepended to file upload name

Hello, does anyone experience this? On my form, the file uploads works great but the attached file has extra numbers pre-pended to the file name. An example looks like this, let's say my file names is Test.txt. The emailed form has an attachment of this: 20100305121557_Test.txt
The file is correct, it's just the name that got changed. Does anyone know how to removed the pre-pended characters? Thanks.

Change the FileName format entry on the File Uploads tab.

Thanks for your reply. There are only two fields options for me in the File Upload tab.

Enable Uploads = yes
Field name & allowed Extensions = file_22:doc|jpg|gif|zip|pdf|txt{12000-0}

I'm not sure where to set this file name field entry?

Then you have an old version of ChronoForms. Could you upgrade?
