Hi Bob,
The CF-form is working fine and even the records are loaded in the table.
For your info, when the form is loaded in IE8, a message "this field is required" is given for a date-field even when the field is completed.

But I have another question.
How and where could I test the selected value of a dropdown field and in some case make an hidden field visible?

Hi Tom,

To test a drop-down value you'll need some JavaScript. There are a couple of threads here on double-dropdowns that might give you a start.
