less space between lines in form

hi

we use this form at http://sybacsolar.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&Itemid=6
and the space between lines is too much
where can i reduce the padding ? which CSS file ( there are too many files and i can not find the proper one)
I need less space between NAME, ADDRESS, ETC.

in FIREFOX it looks good but in IE7 the space between lines are too much

I'm no CSS expert either but it looks as though it might be the height:auto settings in http://sybacsolar.com/components/com_chronocontact/themes/default/css/style1-ie7.css
