insert a picture on the form

Hi,
the client asks me if it is possible to insert a picture on the form when you type the number associated with this photo in a form field.?
The pictures are viewed from the compound "Igalery.
This is a quote form and this picture (the client wishes to appear)
This is to ensure that the customer is mistaken in his choice of photo.

Have you an idea to achieve this option?

You can do this either with with a two-page form or (probably) using AJAX in a single page form.
