add terms and conditions to the form

Hi

I need to add a pop up or something (pop up part of the form but to the whole form) to show tos, but I dont want people to leave the page as the info will be lost as they have not hit submit and the chance for the info to be 'republished'

any ideas thanks

You can just create a separate page with your terms and conditions, then link to it, adding target="_blank" to your <a href> so that it opens in a new window.
