Chrono Comments pt_BR language file

Hi,

I'm from Brazil.

The attached file contains a pt_BR translation for ChronoComments like i use in http://www.clipimobiliario.com.br . Put it in pt_BR language folder. Must change the file extension '.txt' to '.ini'
