Main Chrono Icons display off the page.

On my main Forms Manager page (index.php?option=com_chronocontact&act=all) the "Publish" icon is way off the right side of the page. Also, on the "Form Wizard" page "<-->" shows above the Joomla header. Using Joomla 1.5.15

Well, something is wrong somewhere. Maybe a corrupt file somewhere in the installation; maybe some bad code in a form; maybe a script error on the page??
