Error to export in excel file

Sorry for my basic english!
When I try to export my DB, by chronoform, in excel format the result is a white page!
But if I try the same operation with PHPMyAdmin all is ok.
Do you have a solution, please?

I think this may be related to character set mis-matches but I don't have a good solution.
