A problem with "NOT VALIDATED" page

Hi all m8,

i've this problem, after install for a 1st time this component (i take ChronoForms_V3.1_RC5.5), when i will try to go on "form management" or a make a new form and after save, i receive this screen:

with this is impossible continue, im blocked and i cant salve new form, and now i cant use a activation code😟

help me pls😀

Hi Bl4cKd00M,

Can you see the Forms Manager page at all - or do you always get this?

Is the Watchman plugin listed after REdirect in the left hand column?

now i see better, and i have this message when press:
- directly on component -> chronoforms
- Forms Management
- Upgrade SQL and Load Demo Form
- save button, after a wizard form

another function present a correctly page

no, i dont have a watchman plugin listed after REdirect

Hi Bl4cKd00M,

An experiment.

Please go into the components/com_chronocontact/plugins folder and rename the cf_watchman.php file to cf_watchman.php.old and see if that makes any difference.

hi, im trying to rename this file, but have ftp say me that i cant delete😑

i search better for my ftp privilege, but think that my my sysadmin have change few on server 😈

i have few problem in my FTP with chronoform, is a only component in my joomla installation that no accept a flag modify and reject all command like a delete or rename; what is a exactly function of watchman plugin?

ok now i can continue to work in my ftp🙂

i rename "cf_watchman.php" in "cf_watchman.php.old";

now effects is a blank page for all precedent action that give me a NOT VALIDATE errors.

im ready for other tips😉

Sorry that wsn't the problem.

Please set error reporting to Maximum in the Site Global Configuration and see if you then see a helpful error message?

You might also check the server logs and see if there are any clues there.

I am having the same issue - was there a solution to this?

I really need to have the forms setup quickly. I have all the licenses but am unable to validate and therefore use.

Please help.
