checkboxes show empty results like {variabel1}

Hello, i built an form and its working like i want. Just when i want the form inputs send to my email, all checkboxes which are not selected where shown in my email like: "{variabel1}".
How can i hide all not checked checkboxes in the email?
I just want the checked to be shown.

im searching the forum for more than 1.5 hours now. but couldnt find a solution. in one post it was said that its a known bug and you should contact via "contact us".
