I am about to give up. I have downloaded the latest version of Chronoforms but have not validated so get a message to say that.

When I open the form wizard there is no save button, only a cancel button so when I finish the form I have no way of saving? Looking at the tutorials for creating a form, they bear no semblance to the latest version.

Do I need to validate before I can use this package?

You don't need to validate first. The save icon is the 'disk' icon inside the Wizard.

Please check the pdf tutorials "ChronoForms J1.5 Tutorials" which are (more or less) for the latest version.

yes I figured it out. Unfortunately I do not read American so well (pictures), I need words to go with the icons to understand some of these things.
