sidebar and footer modules doesn't accept form

Hi all,
Searched through forum and didn't found an issue like we have.

I created few forms here:
http://newsite2.visbl.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=get_started
http://newsite2.visbl.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=quick_contact
http://newsite2.visbl.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=health_check

They work when embedding them into page using: {chronocontact}health_check{/chronocontact}
but when triing to embed them into footer and sidebar it seems that mambot doesn't see the tags, and no form is displayed.

Does anyone can help with this?

Use the ChronoForms Module to place the form in a module position.

Well, it solves theproblem partially - because it seems that you cannot use module in side panel and footer at the same time with different forms.
