I've purchase a validation/license and cannot get the component to accept the codes.
The only thing I can think of is the domain name - I entered as "domainname.co.uk" instead of "www.domainname.co.uk". The site is currently in development at "dev.domainname.co.uk" but I want to validate before launch.
Am I correct in thinking that the validation code does not work in this way? I don't know yet whether the site will use www or without. Seems a little ridiculous that I cannot validate in a dev environment. If this is the case, how can I revoke the used code post-launch if www is required?

I understand a little about it but don't know exactly how he has the domain checking set up.
