Hi,

I am a new user of ChronoForms and chose this extension because it allows to build tabbed forms. I have searched through this forum in search of an example, and also the FAQ. All the posts are about 1 year old.

Could someone please share an example of how to do a tabbed form for Joomla 1.5 ?

It would be so appreciated !!

PS: There is some partial code in the FAQ for Joomla 1.0 -- it would be nice if there was a complete example for Joomla 1.5.

From what I remember there are a couple of quite comprehensive examples in the forums of tabbed forms with Joomla 1.5

It's fairly easy to do - you just need to add the Joomle tabs and slides code into your form html together with some CSS for your tabs.

That said, there are some tricky little problems validating tabbed forms and the tendency has been to move towards multi-page forms which are more secure and allow you to save data between each step.
