No email sent and after form submission text missing

Hi there,

I created a form that submits to one email and then displays after form submission text.

My problem is that the email isn't sent and the when the form submits it doesn't diplay the after form submission text, instead, it returns a page that says:

There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

I have enabled the confirmation page plugin (it's green with a red x)

You have a dash in your form name Order-Form; please replace it with an underscore: Order_Form.
