Wizard Custom Elements - Make a SSL image?

I want to place a SSL image on my forms so people know it's secure. I could go into each form and go into the Form Code and edit the HTML, I know that works. However I'd like to set something up that is more user friendly for the other people in the office who aren't html savvy. Can I use the Wizard Custom Elements for this and if so how?

I know just typing in the html for the image didn't do it, hehe.

I've never tried but I think it should work. Try it and see - just put the html for the image in the custom element box, I think you have to add at least one parameter even if you don't use it.
