a chronoforform into chronoconnectivity don't submit well !!

hi i have a problem. i put a form into my chronoconnectivity result with the plugin {chronocontact} but i find into the code of my result that chronoconnectivity add a form too so i have my form fit into the form of chronoconnectivity so the action of the submit is the action of the form of chronnoconnectivity!! 😢 😢
how can i solve it please?

Turn the ChronoConnectivity 'Add Form Tag' option off.

Many things can cause email to be put into the spam folder. It not possible to start to answer that without seeing the email and the email addresses you are using.
