Only the ID instat of text is visiable in confirmation eMail

Dear forum members,

I'am using the coronform template for calculation the fees on my webpage for my school.
Everything is working fine, only the confirmation email troubles me a bit.

On the calculaterpage the user can select the proper values and the calculations works yust fine.
Sadly in the confirmation eMail only the dropbox-ID (the Number of the selected value) is shown.
For better readability of the confirmation email throw my staff, I would like to exchange this with the Text form the dropbox.

Hi Alex,

You can edit the Email Template so that it reads '1 week'; or change the values in the drop-downs; or use a little PHP in the OnSubmit before box to translate between the values and text entries of your choice.
