Hello,

This is probably a very novice question but...I've just went through the Joomla Registration tutorial and created a form I want to use as per the instructions, however I have included some extra fields I wanted to capture such as the users Paypal info, Address, Phone Number etc.

When I submit the form I get through to the validation page but the new user account is not created...what do I need to do to capture the extra info and allow chrono forms to create the user account?

Hi agsmiff,

If the registration isn't happening then most likely either (a) the Joomla settings aren't correctly enabled or (b) the plugin isn't enabled in the ChronoForms Form Manager Plugins tab.

To save the extra data create a new table with the ChronoForms Create Table icon and enable the DB Connection in the form. ChronoForms should include the new user id in the cf_user_id column.
