Emails dont send

doridixon 08 Jan, 2010
Hello, I have read through so many posts with the same issue, I have managed to get through some problems, but this last one is a bugger...

I am using ChronoForms J1.5 on a Joomla site (v1.5) and I have the submission message coming up after the form is filled out, but the email does not come through...
Under the "Forms Management" list in the right column next to the form name under the "Emails" column it says: Enabled:0 Disabled:2.
Im not quite sure what that means or how to fix it...

Can someone please help... I need to go live with this site tomorrow!

Thank you so much!

Hi doridixon,

The "Enabled:0 Disabled:2" message means that you have two Email Setups neither of which are enabled. And when they are disabled they don't send emails.

There are two places you can enable/disable them: on the Form General Tab there is a setting that applies to all emails; and on the Email Setup Properties tab there is a setting for individual emails.

Please see the Emails Tutorial from the Tutorials link above for more info.
