About field display

example :
form page:
name: AAA
email:aaa@aa.com
address:
message: ddddhjjjjjjjj
submit

Email display page:

name: AAA
email:aaa@aa.com
address:: {address:}
message: ddddhjjjjjjjj

If the "address:" field is empty, Will show label of "address" at mail display page, how hide the label?

name: AAA
email:aaa@aa.com
address:
message: ddddhjjjjjjjj
