Need a simple form created *with pay*

I am in the process of upgrading from Mambo to the latest Joomla. We have Chronoforms set up on the old site and I am able to create and edit forms, but I am having troubles with the newer Chronoforms. I did read the tutorials and PDF's, but unfortunately I am still not grasping the concept.

Is anyone interested in setting a 1 simple form (name/email/comment box) on our site? If so, please PM me with your fee and when can you get it to.

Click the "Upgrade SQL and load Demo Form" link in the Forms manager and you'll almost get that for free. I think that the Demo form has name & email fields and maybe a textarea too.
