Couple of questions Re registered users

Hi,
I have couple of how-to questions to make my ChronoComments more friendly for registered users:
1. How do I disable Captcha for registered users?
2. How do I fill in the form automatically with the details for the users?

I know some programming, so if code is needed to be added or modified please point me to the right direction.
