I have two applications that require registration and similar information in order to work (Sobi2 and a piece of Jobs software). I want to know if I can use ChronoConnectivity to automattically fill in the fields for the Jobs software using the data from the Sobi2 registration?

I think you probably mean that you want to use ChronoForms rather than ChronoConnectivity.
If the information is in a database accessible from your site server then you can include it in a form. How easy or difficult this is rather depends on the design of the extensions. SOBI2 data in particular can use tables to hold the field-names of other tables where the data is stored. Extracting the correct data is possible but not always straightforward.
