hello
the form used by guests to subscribe our newsletters apparently is never sent
this is my configuration in step2 choose email(s) Settings:
email setting : in the first field i have put a valid email , in the email properties there are these values:
email format: plain text (i have tried also http)
record Ip : No (i have tried also Yes)
Enabled?: i may not insert any options because the field is blocked on NO
Use Template editor; is set to Yes
Enables attachments: Yes
