Hello,
After trying to upload/install the ChronoForm, i'm facing the error "Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\JoomlaWebsite\libraries\joomla\filesystem\file.php on line 298".

I don't know why this Fatal error is hampering my work. Can you anyone here pls tell me whats the problem, why this fatal error is showing n what is the solution for that?

ChronoForms is quite a big extension. If possible, change the site setting in php.ini to extend the maximum execution time. If you are unable to do this (some ISPs allow it, others don't); then a manual installation of the extension should work. Joomla has instructions for doing this.
