ERROR: there is no form with this name . . .

ljmacrae 09 Dec, 2009
I have 3 forms on my website, 2 of which are on this page: http://www.ronniesoil.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=52&Itemid=27

they have been working fine until now. The first form (first time ordering online?) is yielding the following error message:
There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

I've tried to replicate the issue, however am unable to. Further, the form works 3 out of 4 times, so I have no idea what the issue is.

Any ideas? I am very confused at this point, I would appreciate very detailed, easy-to-understand feedback.

Thanks so much.

Hi Laura,

I remember looking at these before. I just checked in FireFox and in IE 6, 7 & 8 and dont see the problem at all - I ran half-dozen or so refreshes in each browser.

I wonder if this is a database problem and the access gets too slow when the server is under load? That woudl be a question for your host. I think you would get that message is CF can't read the form file from the database. But I woudl also expect you to see other problems with parts of the site too.
