Bob,
When I try to to use the conformation page then I does not get any "submit or back" buttons.
I use version 3.1_rc5.5
I tried to use an update file of cf_conformmation_page.php
But that give the same output.
I cannot find out what the problem seems to be, any sugestions?

There was a problem with one version of the plugin. I'm sure that a fixed version has been posted in the forums here - check the plugins forums. If you can't find it let me know (I'm just back from holiday and catching up with lots of posts and email).
