can i open the form in an iframe ?

hello there
can i open the form in an iframe like rokbox for example
opening the link will open the whole site with the form page in them..
so can it be done ??

1 more thing
can i give the saved forms more meaningfull name like lets say an input from the form it self ?

and how can i pupulate these fields ?
