Hi, I don't know if this has been solved but I fixed the templates. It was an easy fix so I hope it helps those people interested in validating their pages.

Go to: components -> com_chronocomments and replace the template folder with the one in this attachement. Your pages should validate now if everything is good with the rest of your site.

Haven't used yours yet, but have been doing this on my own for sites using CC. Great idea and thanks for posting it for the community.
