Just wondering if it is possible that when someone submits a form they get an html email back with images and like a voucher code in it?

Hi Andrew,
you can customize the email sent through the "Email template" add images or whatever you like!

Isn't that just to the person who receives the form data? I want it to send to the person who submitted the form. Is that possible?

yes possible, with the dynamic To, create a new email container and replace the TO by Dynamic TO, this should email to the submitter, and it will has its own template as well, add the email field name in the Dynamic TO field, dozens of forum posts here will have tips!
