Hi there,

I am wanting to create 1 simple form that has the same fields but multiply that form on multiple pages (for a business directory) just changing the 'Send To' depending on which business it sends to.

It would be much appreciated if i didnt have to create seperate forms for each business, if i could create forms and have a script or something that could change who it emails to.

Yes you can do this thought 2 or 3 lines of code, but how can you get the to email from the current page ? we need to grab this in a PHP way!
