I have a multipage form with several child pages that contain check boxes.

When the emails results are sent, all of the checkbox items seem to contain the same answers.

Is this because the wizard does not let you give unique names to the checkbox items?

How can this be fixed?

Edit the Form HTML for the forms and change the names (and ids) for the checkboxes.
